The server processes connection data such as IP address, request time and requested address to deliver and secure this website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Contact details are used to respond to enquiries.

Bag and orders

Your bag is stored in your browser’s session storage. Checkout uses a necessary session to associate orders securely. Contact, delivery and billing details, order contents and payment status are processed to enter into and fulfil contracts (Article 6(1)(b)). Legally required records are retained under applicable obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Carriers receive only the information needed for delivery.

Payments

The beta currently accepts no orders or online payments. Mollie is the planned payment provider. Specific payment methods and privacy information will be added before activation. Card details are intended to be entered directly with the payment provider.

External websites

Instagram and artist websites are linked, not embedded. They are contacted only when you follow a link.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable, and withdraw consent. Contact shop@edition37.com. You can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Matomo

Matomo analytics is prepared but disabled. No Matomo tracking is loaded. Operator, server location and retention information will be added before activation.
