Edition 37 is in beta. You can explore editions, compare sizes and frames and put together a bag. Binding orders and payments are not enabled yet. Adding a work to your bag does not reserve a copy.

Ordering & payment

The seller is Mag. Wolf-Dieter Grabner, Plobergerstraße 7/70204, 4600 Wels, Austria. For questions about a work or an order, please contact shop@edition37.com.

Each edition page specifies its size, edition run, paper, signature and optional framing. Available payment methods and the full total will be shown before a binding order is placed. We do not accept payments through the shop during beta.

Collection in Wels

Visits and collection at the workshop, Freiung 37, 4600 Wels, Austria, are by appointment. Please contact us before visiting so we can arrange a time.

Shipping & delivery times

Unframed prints and framed works require different packaging. Shipping costs and available services therefore depend on size, framing and destination.

We deliver to Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Please allow approximately one week from ordering for print production, plus postal transit time to the destination country. Any longer lead time for framed works will be stated before ordering.

Shipping rates and country-specific transit times are still being calculated and will be published before sales open. Import charges and their handling for Switzerland and Liechtenstein will also be clarified. Binding orders remain disabled until these details are available.

If a work arrives damaged

Please contact us if the work or frame arrives damaged. Photographs of the damage and packaging help us resolve the issue. Please keep both where possible. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and do not depend on providing photographs.

Withdrawal & returns

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. A clear statement, for example by email, is sufficient. Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after declaring withdrawal.

Our standard editions are printed to order. This alone does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. A statutory exception may apply to genuinely customised or personalised works; any applicable exception will be stated explicitly before ordering.

The full withdrawal notice, model form, return address and return costs will be added before sales open. Orders remain disabled until these terms are settled.
